our philosophy

The mountains have a history of their own, and they have a structure that modifies in time, show different facets, can be accessible to many but at times can become inaccessible… The journey to conquer a mountain requires a gradual approach, and one faces paths with increasing difficulties, that allow the acquisition of the necessary competencies to tackle and reach higher peaks. This is similar to what can happen in our everyday personal and professional lives.

Reaching the peak of a mountain opens new horizons and new challenges, generating a continuous stimulus towards growth. The higher we go the greater the vision: it varies the way in which we see and perceive things, as well as our beliefs. When we observe things from above, we also observe a different context from a new point of view, and new solutions become more evident.

The mountains also require flexibility, as it is key to adapt quickly to changes and to find solutions or alternative paths, and in some cases, to be able to redefine one’s objectives according to the new scenario.

The act of climbing leads to growth: in order to climb a mountain, one must gain personal competencies, experience and awareness – similarly to what happens during a coaching and training journey. These resources become deeply embedded in the individual, and are applicable in any given context.
